the staff were super friendly and helpful. jay darr and harpreet were especially amazing! the room was very clean. the location was great as it was close to the metro. yay!!!
the wifi was a bit spotty at times. some of the lamps in the room were broken. the shower head was also a little damaged. boo :(

I really liked that the reception services were good. Daily housekeeping was also great. It kept the room tidy. The available free basement car parking was another plus.
the BREAKFAST was very bad and there were no Indian food options, so i could not eat anything. The quality of the food was really bad, so I really could not enjoy my mornings.

The staff fulfilled my requests. I really appreciated that the staff was friendly. I also appreciated that the team was supportive, so i felt really relaxed.

Breakfast had awesome, good taste. I noticed that the location is near all food places. The hotel provides guests with a variety of great foods, so I could pick what I wanted.
